Training Groups

We welcome new members of all ages and abilities. If you are thinking of joining a club, we encourage you to come and train with us for a few weeks to see if you enjoy it. Prospective new members should contact the coach of a training group they would most likely join.

Please note: The minimum age to join the the club is 10 and we currently have a waiting list for u13 athletes. You can add your child to our waiting list by completing this form.

About the Group
Just starting or getting back into running. The new to running group meet at 18:30 on a Monday evening and will allow you to gradually progress your training with advice from coaches Maureen and Mike. See your fitness improve and achieve that first goal of a 5k or 10k and maybe within a few years you could be lining up for your first Marathon!

About the Group
The Special Olympics training group has been a huge success in recent years. The group is run under the guidance of coach Claire Moyle. Athletes have the opportunity to train in all disciplines, competing in a variety of indoor and outdoor competitions throughout the year.

About the Group
Established in 2013 the wheelchair racing group provides disabled individuals from across Sussex, who can ‘self-propel’, with the opportunity to participate in one of the iconic sports in the Paralympic programme. There is a pool of racing wheelchairs in a range of sizes for newcomers to the sport to use. Any wheelchair user or individual with partial trunk and leg function of any age or experience is welcome to attend.
