Worthing Harriers is a friendly and sociable club that welcomes new members of all ages and abilities.

About the Group
The sprints and hurdles group is for athletes 13yrs and over interested in distances 100m > 400m. Training is based around two track sessions per week with weekend trail runs and hill sessions during the winter training phase. Advice and assistance is given on supplementing track sessions with strength and conditioning work.
