Worthing Harriers is a friendly and sociable club that welcomes new members of all ages and abilities.

    If you are thinking of joining a club, we encourage you to come and train with us for a few weeks to see if you enjoy it.

    About the Group
    The sprints and hurdles group is for athletes 13yrs and over interested in distances 100m > 400m. Training is based around two track sessions per week with weekend trail runs and hill sessions during the winter training phase. Advice and assistance is given on supplementing track sessions with strength and conditioning work.

    About the Group
    The Special Olympics training group is open to athletes with a disability. With several competitions throughout the year, athletes have the opportunity to train and compete in all disciplines.
